Henka is a Shopify application that uses artificial intelligence to generate lifestyle images for jewelry products. The service allows users to transform product photos into professional lifestyle images showing jewelry worn on AI-generated models.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Henka, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our service.

4. User Obligations

By using Henka, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the service
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to the product images you upload. You grant us a license to process these images solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Generated Images: You own full commercial rights to all images generated by Henka for your products. You may use them freely for your e-commerce activities.

6. Pricing and Payment

Henka operates on a credit-based system. Pricing is displayed in the Shopify app. All payments are processed securely through Shopify's billing system. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to factors beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

Henka is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

You may terminate your use of Henka at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify store. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nimes, France.
